KMF Burn - Free Workout

A SAFE HIIT workout designed with moves from our KMF Strength and Mobility program. There is a warmup set, then starts 45/50 second intervals. This will keep your heart rate elevated for the entire workout. A great way to maximize caloric output in just 45 minutes!
